1. Purpose
Textlino is designed to help musicians create professional marketing copy for their music. All usage must be consistent with this purpose. We enforce strict boundaries to protect our users, our systems, and the broader creative community.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use Textlino to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal — Violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
- Is hateful or discriminatory — Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Is harassing or threatening — Contains threats, bullying, doxxing, or content intended to intimidate or harm another person.
- Is sexually explicit — Contains pornographic, obscene, or sexually exploitative material.
- Infringes intellectual property — Deliberately copies, imitates, or plagiarizes existing copyrighted lyrics, biographies, press releases, or other protected works.
- Is deceptive — Contains false claims about artists, fabricated achievements, fake endorsements, or misleading information intended to deceive audiences or industry professionals.
- Promotes illegal activities — Encourages drug trafficking, weapons sales, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
- Contains malware or spam — Includes phishing links, malware distribution URLs, or is intended for mass unsolicited distribution.
3. Prohibited Technical Activities
You must not:
- Scrape or crawl — Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service or extract data without our written permission.
- Circumvent limits — Bypass, disable, or manipulate rate limits, credit systems, anti-bot protections, or authentication mechanisms.
- Reverse-engineer — Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the underlying AI prompts, algorithms, or source code.
- Create multiple accounts — Register multiple accounts to gain additional free credits or evade a ban.
- Overload the Service — Launch denial-of-service attacks, flood requests, or deliberately stress-test our infrastructure.
- Resell access — Offer Textlino as a service, white-label solution, or API to third parties without authorization.
4. Fair Use
The free tier is intended for individual musicians and small creators. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that exhibit patterns of excessive automated usage inconsistent with normal personal use.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a user violating this AUP, please report it to info@textlino.com with as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- A warning notice sent to your account email
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account without notice
- Forfeiture of any remaining credits
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required
We are not obligated to provide a reason for enforcement actions, though we will endeavor to do so when appropriate.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
