These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Textlino ("the Service"), operated at textlino.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Textlino. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
- You may sign in using your Google account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
- You must not create multiple accounts to get the free release kit again or to circumvent usage limits.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Description of Service
Textlino helps musicians write the texts for a release. It generates release kits (a set of texts for one track: Spotify pitch, bio, release posts, TikTok caption, YouTube description, hashtags and, for AI-made tracks, AI disclosure lines) and single texts such as artist bios, Spotify pitches, YouTube descriptions, Instagram captions and Suno promo posts. Textlino also offers free tools that run in your browser. The texts are generated using third-party AI models (OpenAI) based on the input you provide.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Without an account you can generate one free Spotify pitch preview per day.
- New accounts get one release kit free.
- After that you buy releases in one-time packs: 1 release for $4.99, 5 releases for $17.99 or 10 releases for $29.99 (prices in US dollars). One release covers one release kit. Your balance can also be spent on single texts, which cost less than a release kit.
- There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Purchased releases do not expire while your account exists.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- We may change prices for future purchases; releases you have already bought are not affected.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of the text you generate through Textlino. We claim no intellectual property rights over the output content produced by your prompts. You are free to use, publish, modify, and commercialize generated texts without restriction.
5.2 Your Input
By submitting prompts to Textlino, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating the requested content. We do not use your inputs for training AI models.
5.3 Our Service
The Textlino brand, website design, landing page copy, and underlying code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our service without permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit.
- Attempt to generate content that infringes on the copyright or trademark of a third party.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, credit systems, or security features.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or prompts of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a white-label product.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- All content is generated by AI and provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or free from errors.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying generated content before publishing it.
- AI-generated text may occasionally produce content that resembles existing copyrighted material. You bear full responsibility for ensuring your published content does not infringe third-party rights.
- We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve any specific result (e.g., Spotify playlist placement, YouTube ranking, engagement metrics).
8. Availability and Modifications
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Textlino is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €0 if you have not paid us anything).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Textlino and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
- You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
- We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused releases are forfeited.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where the operator resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
