- You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or credit restrictions.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Description of Service
Textlino is an AI-powered copywriting tool for musicians. It generates text content including YouTube descriptions, artist biographies, Spotify editorial pitches, Instagram captions, and music promotion copy. The text is generated using third-party AI models (OpenAI) based on the input you provide.
4. Free Tier and Credits
- New accounts receive a limited number of free generation credits.
- Each text generation consumes one credit.
- We reserve the right to modify the number of free credits, introduce paid plans, or change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of the text you generate through Textlino. We claim no intellectual property rights over the output content produced by your prompts. You are free to use, publish, modify, and commercialize generated texts without restriction.
5.2 Your Input
By submitting prompts to Textlino, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating the requested content. We do not use your inputs for training AI models.
5.3 Our Service
The Textlino brand, website design, landing page copy, and underlying code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our service without permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit.
- Attempt to generate content that infringes on the copyright or trademark of a third party.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, credit systems, or security features.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or prompts of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a white-label product.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- All content is generated by AI and provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or free from errors.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying generated content before publishing it.
- AI-generated text may occasionally produce content that resembles existing copyrighted material. You bear full responsibility for ensuring your published content does not infringe third-party rights.
- We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve any specific result (e.g., Spotify playlist placement, YouTube ranking, engagement metrics).
8. Availability and Modifications
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €0 if you are on the free tier).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Textlino and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination

- We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where the operator resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
