Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all transactions on Textlino. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.

1. Current Service Status

Textlino provides a limited number of complimentary starter credits for new accounts and also offers paid credit packs via Stripe checkout.

Credits are used to generate content inside the Service. This Refund Policy explains when purchased credits may be refunded.

2. Refund Rules for Digital Credits

2.1 Digital Goods — No General Refund Right

Purchased credits are digital goods that may be consumed immediately upon use. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing credits, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge this.

Textlino currently sells one-time credit packs. Recurring subscriptions are not currently offered.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible case:

  1. Email info@textlino.com within 14 days of the transaction.
  2. Include your account email, the date and amount of the transaction, and a description of the issue.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on our website and, where applicable, via email to paying customers.
